    With nearly three decades of people leadership, Carole brings a vibrant perspective to executive leadership. From an undergraduate degree in accounting, received from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, an HBCU, and an MBA with a concentration in human resource management, Carole has held leadership roles in both small and large scale, international organizations.

    Beginning her career in the space of audit, she learned early in her career to see situations through a multidimensional lens. As a champion for cultivating a diverse an inclusive workforce, her passion for investing in others grew when she led an international nonprofit organization for 5 years, serving underrepresented high school and college minorities, preparing them for entering the workforce and future leadership.

    Complemented with her recently completed MBA, she took her talents to one of the worlds largest retailers where for more than 11 years, she improved her craft and gained credibility in leading some of the most complex and multifaceted human resource strategies. Carole’s dynamic leadership style in human resources, propelled her into a growth opportunity in a critical role in operations. Carole transformed an underperforming territory, improving both sales and profitability for her $450MM portfolio.

    Seeking an expansion of knowledge and skills, she left the retail space and joined the healthcare industry as a C-Suite executive. Carole’s conscientious leadership style and depth of experience bridged gaps between conflicting leadership styles generating a collaborative and cohesive executive environment amongst physicians and nursing leadership. Working for the area’s largest public teaching healthcare system, she modernized the HR team, transforming from tactical and reactionary to strategic and collaborative by restructuring and improving our value proposition as a brand and team. Identifying a need for desperately needed services for underrepresented individuals she charted the course and led the opening of a state licensed behavioral healthcare facility.

    After serving the healthcare industry as a human resources executive Carole launched her own business, Divine Momentum, with the vision to eradicate disparity, building up one person at a time. The mission of Divine Momentum is to empower those overlooked in society, by inspiring them to soar.

    Carole has built a reputation as a collaborative and excellent thought partner, someone that brings a clear perspective, a balanced approach, and a willingness to try new ways of working to achieve better organizational results. Her vision and ability to nurture relationships have led to long-term solutions and success.
